Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering (Aarhus Maskinmesterskole) is the largest Marine Engineering School in Denmark with approximately 1,000 students attending the 4½ year Bachelor Programme.

AAMS is an accredited school of higher education. A close connection with the students and continually support as well as an array of social activities for both students and staff are among the schools values. 

AAMS offers a one term elective course taught in English for both Danish and international students on energy, energy systems, sustainability and optimization. The course is called Energy – Technology and Management. In this course, Danish and international students work and study together on subjects related to both conventional and “green” energy supply.
